George Yaneff (top American chef, formerly at the Bazaar Restaurant by José Andrés, SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills) along with his team, preside over the elegant and glamorous restaurant which will awe even the most discerning gourmands with its all-organic blend of modern and innovative American cuisine. The space transforms each and every evening as diners stay to party until the small hours. 
 

The à la carte menu is available for dinner, as are the tasting set menus, starting at £45 per person. We have a number of tables online and many more tables available for walk-ins.
